Each tenant's data is stored in an isolated database. MerchXO does not access, analyze, or share individual tenant data with other tenants or third parties.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, data is retained for 30 days to allow recovery, then permanently deleted from our systems.
